Darryl Roux
Founder & Lead Facilitator
The founder of our team-building workshop company is a proud alumnus of St Benedict’s College, where he excelled as Basketball Captain and House Captain, and was a Prefect as well as a member of the 1st XV Rugby team. He graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a BCom in Economics and Econometrics, followed by an Honours degree in the same field. With 15 years of corporate experience in banking and FMCG, he has honed his skills through programs at prestigious companies like Investec, Colgate-Palmolive, and Nestle. Passionate about learning and development, he has led numerous workshops and training sessions. Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and father, and a sports enthusiast who loves hitting the gym.
