We explored what it truly means to be a leader. Not by title or position, but by the impact we make. A leader inspires, uplifts, and guides others toward a shared goal. One key takeaway was the St Peter’s characteristics of a great leader which remind us that leadership starts with self-awareness and compassion to others.
As we prepare for Nelson Mandela Day, we reflected on why we dedicate 67 minutes of service. It’s more than a symbolic act, it’s a meaningful tribute to Madiba’s 67 years of fighting for justice and equality. His legacy calls us to serve our communities with intention and heart.

What a mind-shifting workshop! We truly had an amazing time!
We also had the privilege of celebrating Mandela Day with a powerful leadership workshop by Teamon3! Reflecting on Nelson Mandela's legacy reminds us of the impact one person can have on a nation.And to top it all off, an exhilarating soccer match that left everyone energized️!Being present in every moment has been a key takeaway for me this week. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but taking the time to appreciate the little things fosters gratitude and deepens our ability to reflect. What are you reflecting on this week?
